SUSPENSION OF GEORGIA DRIVERS LICENSE FOR POINTS ACCUMULATION

Any person with a license to drive issued by the State of Georgia will face a suspension for the accumulation of 15 or more points in any consecutive 24-month period shall be suspended. Note: The Georgia rule is particularly harsh. The suspension is not just the past 24 months, it is for 15 points in ANY 24-month period.
