FLEEING OR ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE AN OFFICER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE
If you are convicted of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, Georgia law requires that the judge sentence you to jail time and that very hefty fines be imposed upon you.
